Red flags and a simple sample plan
- No test data, or test data for a different product.
- A price far below others with no explanation of resin or glass content.
- Unwillingness to send samples or let you inspect the process.
- Vague answers about who makes the dies.
Sample plan: weigh and measure the sample (kg/m, dimensions), cut a section to inspect the wall for voids, run a glass-content burn-off, and do a simple bending test against the supplier’s stated value. Share the results with the supplier before ordering in volume.
